Hypd generates and posts human-style replies under tweets you provide. These replies are crafted using AI and posted through bot accounts to simulate organic engagement.

You choose a tweet, optionally share your website for context, and we deliver replies — either via a one-time trial or a monthly plan.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Hypd. By signing up, you confirm you're legally allowed to engage in this service in your jurisdiction.

3. Use of the Service

When you use Hypd, you agree to:

• Provide accurate tweet links and information

• Not use Hypd for hate speech, harassment, scams, or illegal content

• Understand that replies are simulated engagement, not actual user interaction

• Not claim the replies are from real users or affiliated accounts

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service if your use violates these terms or harms our platform, our team, or the communities we post in.

4. Payments and Refunds

• All payments are processed securely through a third-party provider (e.g., Razorpay).

• Trial plans are non-refundable.

• Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time, but partial refunds are not guaranteed.

• Chargebacks without contacting us first may result in service suspension.

5. Reply Quality and Delivery

We do our best to ensure replies sound natural and brand-aligned. While we use your website and brand tone where possible:

• We do not guarantee engagement results (likes, retweets, conversions, etc.)

• Delivery timelines are approximate, but trials are typically fulfilled within 1–2 hours

• All replies are created by our AI systems and may occasionally include minor errors or tone mismatches

If you're unhappy, reach out — we’ll try to fix it.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, and systems used in Hypd are owned by us. You agree not to copy, resell, or reuse our code, design, or materials without permission.

7. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You misuse the service

• Violate these terms

• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit Hypd in any way

8. Limitation of Liability

We’re not liable for:

• Lost opportunities, revenue, or reputation from how replies are perceived

• Any action taken by X (Twitter) as a result of your usage

• Damages from use or inability to use the service

Use Hypd at your own discretion.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of Hypd means you accept the updated terms. Major changes will be clearly posted on our site.
